By Favour Adinya  To strengthen the healthcare system in Cross River State, Governor Bassey Otu has appointed a 13-member Governing Board for the Cross River State Health Insurance Agency (CRSHIA). In a press release signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Gill Nsa, Governor Otu said the appointment is in line with Law Number 10 of
