By CrossRiverWatch Admin Following public outcry over menace of potholes all over major towns and cities of Cross River State, Governor Ben Ayade has said that his job as a Governor does not include mending inner city roads or potholes. In an interview he granted the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) International, Ayade said his tenure
