By Ogar Monday Residents of Amika-Utuk, Goldie, Etonko and its environs in Calabar South area of Cross River State have held a protest at the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHEDC) Calabar office over lack of power and over-billing. The residents who numbered over fifty said they have not had a single minute of power
