By Patrick Obia Hundreds of ad-hoc staff who sweep the roads for the Calabar Urban Development Authority (CUDA) are protesting in Calabar, the Cross River State capital over unpaid salaries. The women who are paid only NGN7,500 per month, say they have been owed for six months and tricked by the Commissioner for Environment, Mfon
