NGO Marks International Day For Street Children 2018, Says Government Is Unfortunate Not Urchins
By Isek Violet The International Day for the Street Children 2018 has been marked with in Calabar, the Cross River State capital by members of Prevent Abuse of Children Today (PACT) with the theme “4 steps to equality”. The NGO which marked the day with a street walk enlightenment campaign which began at Freedom Park.
