Sources close to the Senator representing Cross River Central in the 8th Assembly, John Enoh have confirmed to CrossRiverWatch that he will on December 4, 2016 commence the first phase of the payment of the SSCE registration fees of about 4,000 constituents.
Senator Enoh according to the source will also pay the tuition of selected undergraduates in tertiary institutions with our source saying that “The process for the selection is tedious and is been manned by a woman of repute”.
