Men of the Cross River State Police Command have foiled an attempt by some alleged kidnappers to carry out their act along Parliamentary, Calabar Cross River State capital.
Confirming the report, the State Command Public Relation Officer, ASP Irene Ugbo revealed, “We have in our custody two male and a female who attempted an act of kidnapping”.
Furthermore, she said: “I think two ran away, they are in our custody at the State Headquarters. Call me tomorrow for full details”.
