Rep Jarigbe Agom Splashes N8M Naira On Constituents As Take Off Grants

Honorable Jarigbe Agom, member representing Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives yesterday presented take off grants and Certificates of Participation to 200 of his constituents who participated in the skills acquisition/vocational training program he organized for them.

The presentation totalling over eight million Naira, was done at the Ogoja local government council hall by his representative, Barrister Idi Yakubu, the Chapter Chairmen of PDP in Ogoja and Yala LGAs and a Special Assistant to the Governor on Youths, Mr. Declan Ogar.

Speaking through his representative, Agom implored the beneficiaries to take the program serious in other to help bring them out of poverty and become self employed.

One of the beneficiaries, Mrs Rose Otu, thanked Mr. Jarigbe Agom and appealed to other public office holders to emulate him by remembering their voters.

Hon.  Agom promised that soon, another phase will commence and appealed to the people to remain patient with him.
