@Aries Ofem, you are a brother, friend, husband and father, who has people you love around and with you.

No one has issues with Nigerian Police as an institution, but rather the attitude of some policemen. No policeman was born a policeman and non will be in service for ever, but it is obvious all will give account of their actions and inactions.

Failure to do what is right is sin, we all have conscience and can only suppress it for sometime but can never suppress the truth, because God is truth.

Share not in the sin of others and the consequences their sins may attract.

This course for justice is not for Derek, but for the living which includes you, I and also our children and even our generation yet unborn.

How will you feel if you child is innocently murdered and framed up with cooked story. If you are not well informed about this case please ask me to take my time to explain everything privately to you instead of harassing any one.

The Police are to fight crime and not to aid and abet crime. The Police authority who are also you employer did her investigation, tried them orderly room, dismissed and recommended that they be prosecuted for conspiracy and murder, asked for legal advice from the Ministry of Justice who still confirmed.

Derek was not at Akpabouyo to start, even at Akpabouyo there was no robbery according to living eye witnesses who were arrested same day and time with the other children they killed.

Derek was at Ikot Ishie where he watched football match in a viewing center, escorted by a friend who is a living witness, to entered a taxi to Akai Efa, seen by other know people within Ikot Ishie who also confirmed same, on his was home he stopped by the timber market to buy something as confirmed by the lady who sold for him, then took a walk home and was apprehended at the forestry check point as still confirmed by eye witness.

Eye witnesses said the met Derek at SARS cell, which was the last time he was seen, and that a police man came to call him out, the said policeman was identified by them at Zone 6.

Six children were killed but five was published on punch newspaper, the family searched for him for over two months without knowing his whereabout, tracking details of his phone reveals that SARS knew about him, but they denied. A policeman with SARS was petitioned because of his previous threats, which he did not deny when confronted.

What on earth should make SARS men deny knowing the whereabout of Derek at first, thereafter at the Zone 6 admitted to knowing him, that he was murdered, pictures tendered making the six, and that the corpses were buried, tendered warrant to bury dated two month back, and upon the resolution of the Police authority for exhumation they took the Police authority to Anatomy Dept in Unical after saying the were buried.

The SARS men even did an autopsy after knowing the cause of dead, why? Even the autopsy report reveals that it was an organized killing, shot at close range, all corpses shot in the same location on the chest, corpses has bruises, cut, laceration; which means the were tortured before being killed. One of the eye witnesses said that the ear of one of those killed was cut by one of the SARS men which was confirmed on the corpse.

Please we applied for jobs to earn a living and not to be heartless, cruel, violence and inhuman to one another.

The duty of the police is to protection lives and properties which should be maintained.

Some of the God fearing policemen even in SARS office helped a lot in giving information on what transpired, and the police investigation confirmed that.

SARS is not an occult, don’t share in other people curses, be different and call a spade a spade.

How could the Judge say that?

THE JUDGE HAS MURDERED JUSTICE!

THE JUDGE HANDED DOWN JUDGEMENT, DISCHARGING AND ACQUITTING THE KILLER COPS IN A CLEAR CASE OF CONSPIRACY AND MURDER THAT WAS INVESTIGATED BY THE POLICE AUTHORITY AND DISMISSED THEIR EMPLOYEES, RECOMMENDED PROSECUTION AND ASKED FOR LEGAL ADVICE FROM THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE WHO UPHELD SAME AS PROVEN, HENCE PROSECUTION. THE PROSECUTION DID HER BEST TO PROVE HER CASE BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT.
YOU CAN RECALL THAT ON THE LAST ADJOURNED DATE THE PRESIDING JUDGE SAID THE WAS NO SECURITY IN THE COURT AND THAT EITHER WAYS THERE WILL BE VIOLENCE.

ON THE 17TH DAY OF NOVEMBER AS ADJOURNED. THE PRESIDING JUDGE GAVE HIS RULING THAT THE PROSECUTION CAN NOT PROVE THAT DEREK MAURICE BEN HAS DIED.

I WONDER WHAT ELSE HE WANTED BECAUSE FACTS WERE LAID BEFORE HIM BY THE FOLLOWING PERSONS:

1. LATE DEREK’S MURDER; THAT THE SON WAS MURDERED, HIS PICTURE SHOWN TO HER AT ZONE 6 POLICE COMMAND, AND THE CORPSE DEPOSITED AT ANATOMY DEPARTMENT OF UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR. THAT THE CORPSE WAS IDENTIFIED BY HER OTHER SON AS DEREK’S.

2. THE POLICE IPO; THAT INNOCENT CHILDREN WERE ARRESTED, DETAINED AND REMOVE TO BE EXECUTED EXTRA JUDICIALLY AND DEREK IS ONE OF THOSE KILLED.

3. THE PATHOLOGIST; THAT HE DID AN AUTOPSY FOR SIX CORPSES WHICH INCLUDES DEREK.

4. TWO EYE WITNESSES ACCOUNT, THAT DEREK WAS LAST SEEN IN SARS CELL WERE HE WAS CALLED OUT BY DISMISSED POLICE SGT ANTHONY IDOKO.

5. THE ACCUSED PERSONS; THAT THE KILLED SIX PERSONS AND TENDERED PICTURES OF THOSE THE KILLED, INCLUDING DEREK.

IF DEREK IS ALIVE AND THE JUDGE KNOWS WHERE HE IS, PLEASE TELL HIM TO RETURN HOME, HIS FAMILY WANTS HIM, WE ARE MISSING HIM. ALL THE ACCOMPLICE IN THIS CASE ARE INVITING THE WRATH OF GOD NOT JUST TO THEMSELVES BUT THEIR GENERATIONS YET UNBORN.

THE ACCUSED PERSONS CAME IN THEIR BEST CLOTHING, WELL PREPARED AS COMMUNICATED THAT JUDGEMENT WILL BE IN THEIR FAVOUR, AND WERE ESCORTED BY THEIR FORMER COLLEAGUES IN CROSS RIVER STATE SARS, WHO CAME SEARCHED PEOPLE AT THE COURT AND AFTER JUDGEMENT SHOT ON AIR SEVERALLY IN THE COURT PREMISES.
