The Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. John Gaul Lebo has said that “a lot of Cross Riverians don’t understand what a constitution is or what constitution amendment is.”

Hon. John Gaul made the statement over the weekend while speaking on a topical radio program, “The Dialogue With Agba Jalingo” which holds Sundays on Hit 95.9fm Calabar.
