Jedy Agba Bags Chieftaincy Title In Ugep

The former managing Director, Crude Oil Marketing Department of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation NNPC, Prince Goddy Jedy Agba has been conferred with a chieftaincy title in Ugep, Yakurr local government area.

This followed his services and assistance to the community said the Obol Lopon of Ugep, Obol Ofem Ubana while announcing Mr. Agba’s new title.

He is to be known as; Obol Okem 1 of Ugep (the Iroko of Ugep).

Mr. Agba, who contested the last gubernatorial elections in the state under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party was however absent at the event.

He was represented by the State Security Adviser to former Governor Liyel Imoke, Nnana Arikpo.

CrossRiverWatch gathered that Mr. Agba was in Abuja for a book reading session of his autobiography; ‘Stepping Out With Uti J.D Agba’ co-authored by Mathias Okoi-Uyouyo which was unveiled a fortnight ago.
