The chairman of the Cross River State Rice Company Management Board, Mr. Chris Ogaidang has said that the All Progressives Congress (APC) led Federal Government has moved the state backward.

Mr. Ogaidang added that Cross River has done Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari a favor by providing her best brains in his administration.

He was made speaking as a guest on topical issues radio program, ‘The Dialogue With Agba Jalingo’ airing live on Hit 95.9 FM Calabar every Sunday from 6-7 PM.

He argued that some of the best minds from the state appointed by President Buhari were already successful in their careers and maintained that excluding a few, the rest were in positions that will have minimal impact on the Cross River socio-economy.

He concluded by re-emphasizing that APC in Cross River State has taken the State backwards.
