BREAKING NEWS: Abi/Yakurr House Of Reps Aspirant, Jerome Egbe Kidnapped At GunPoint

CrossRiverWatch can confirm that Mr. Jerome Egbe, Abi/Yakurr House of Representatives has been abducted at gunpoint few hours ago.

Mrs. Prisca Jerome, wife of the aspirant just confirmed on phone to this reporter that “It is true my husband has been abducted, i have not heard from them to know if it is a kidnap for ransom or not issue. i have not informed the police yet but I think that’s what i will do shortly.”

Earlier, one Mr. Idoh Cyprian had posted on FaceBook about the allege kidnap as he posted picture of him with physical injuries that he sustained while trying to defend Mr. Jerome Egbe.

Post by Mr. Idoh whose FaceBook profile suggest he’s an Administrative staff in the University of Calabar.

As at the time of filing this report, the State Command Police Public Relations Officer, Irene Ugbo was unable to be reached for comments as her phone number is switched off.
