A conflict resolution analyst and House of Representatives aspirant for Abi/Yakurr Federal Constituency; Engineer Wofai Ewa has stated that his inspiration to contest in the 2019 elections is not dependent on anybody but on the need to solve problems in the society.

Wofai made this known while speaking with CrossRiverWatchTV where he explained that seeing people displaced from their communities and seeing a community harboring families who cannot afford to send a single child to school, have been the potency of his drive.

He concluded by saying that it is an anomaly on the part of the government through the NBC (National Boundary Commission) to not enforce its boundaries after delineation and he is bringing to the table the political will for that to be done.
