The divas rock edition of the Cross River entertainers nite has been slated for today September 6, 2018 a statement from the organisers says.
It is billed to hold at Keves Lounge opposite the Calabar Sports Club by 8PM with several female entertainers expected to attend.
The convener, Effiom Trombone in a statement signed by him and made available to CrossRiverWatch read: The Entertainers Nite started in 2013 to unite talented artistes in Cross River State, coming together for a regular meet and greet session which is followed by wonderful performances.
“The now reloaded event is a monthly platform dedicated to showcase talents and create a forum for networking of hundreds of youths. Bringing together stakeholders towards the development and growth of the industry, as well as encourage the abundant creative talents in Cross River State.
“The Cross River Entertainment Industry Nite September edition is tagged ‘DIVAS ROCK EDITION’, to showcase exceptional female music artistes, female dancers, female DJs and a female MC under one roof to entertain key industry players, practitioners and stakeholders.
“The host for Divas Rock Edition will be the toast of the microphone, Mercypedia of Sparkling FM. South South’s Queen of the wheels and multiple award winning female disc jockey, DJ Ritzy is expected to make a star appearance and performance. The artistes performing for the night will be the stunning Pretty Brown, rapper Asari of the Okpo Rekordz crew, CommyTush, Autikifa, Swankie, IJ, Elladuke and Queen Debby.
“I appeal to all industry stakeholders, captains of sectors in the entertainment industry to attend this event on Thursday, 6th September 2018 at Keves Lounge, Opp Calabar Sports Club, Calabar as it promises to be an unforgettable experience.
