JUST IN: Owan Eno Campaign Billboard Destroyed In Ugep, Police Arrest Usani Supporters

Information reaching our newsroom has it that the APC campaign billboard of Sen. John Owan Enoh (APC gubernatorial candidate) located at Obioko, Ijiman Ugep was alleged to have been destroyed by supporters of his rival, Pastor Usani Uguru Usani (factional APC guber candidate) Wednesday night.

One Owan Enoh’s supporters in Ugep (name withheld), reported the incident to the Ugep Police Division. Our source has it that immediately arrest process was initiated.

Today (Thursday) morning, Usani’s supporter Mr.Sunday Ojei and others (names not gotten) were arrested as suspects and are cooling their feets at the Division.

As at the time of filing this report, efforts made to confirm the situation of things from the Police Public Relations Officer was not successful.
