JUST-IN: Lady Dies After Delivering Twins In Ugep

Mrs. Elizabeth Samuel popular known as Nnanke has given up the ghost Saturday after giving birth to twins in Ugep General Hospital, Ugep, Yakurr L0cal Government Area of Cross River State.

The deceased who hails from Nsogbo Biko Biko Ugep gave up the ghost after successful delivery and naming of the twins.

Mrs. Elizabeth is a graduate Cross River State College of Education, Awi Akamkpa from the department of Home Economics, School of Vocation. She is also staff of Government Secondary School Ijiman Ugep.

Speaking to CrossRiverWatch one of the deceased in-law Mr. John said “It’s a big shock to all of us. She first gave birth to a baby boy,while she was operated to deliver the baby girl. The operation was successful but she had shortage of blood after the operation. Unfortunately she died after giving her new born twins names.”
