ACROJ Sympathize With Family Of Late Unimke Nawa, Ndoma Akpet, Says Their Memory Will Leave On

Members of Association of Cross River Online Journalists (ACROJ) has sympathized with the family of late Unimke Nawa and Ndoma Akpet.

The group in a press release signed by the union’s Chairman and Secretary, Comrade Hope Obeten and Comrade Archibong Jeremiah respectively reads in part, “We extend our condolences to the family of late Comrade Ndoma Akpet, immediate past chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Cross River State Council who passed on after a protracted illness on Sunday morning, 24th March, 2019.

“We also condole with the family of late veteran journalist, Comrade Unimke Nawa, a former Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Cross River State Council Chairman who had been laid to rest in his country home in Obudu Local Government Areas.

“Our hearts bleed as we have lost two great pen pushers within the space of two months, we will miss the both of you but your memories will remain fresh in our hearts.

“We pray that God grant the families of our fallen heroes the fortitude to bear the loss.” The release concludes.
