Facebook and Afrinolly would on Friday, 29th March host the ‘Facebook for Creators’ training programme in Nigeria.
The programme is billed to hold in nine different locations of Lagos, Kwara, Port Harcourt, Ogun, Calabar, Kaduna, Abuja, Enugu and Kano.
The programme is designed as part of activities to mark the global money week which is celebrated annually in March, and aims to train thousands of young creative entrepreneurs from student journalist and bloggers, through to artists, photographers, actors, filmmakers, comedians and social media influencers, on how to maximize Facebook for storytelling, content gathering and more.
According to the organisers, participants will learn how to leverage Facebook products to showcase their work, increase awareness and engage audiences online, learn how to establish their brand and create relevant engagement; as well as discover how to grow their community and make money doing what they love.
Highlights of the training include, digital marketing masterclass, financial analysis workshop, access to global opportunities, as well as certification to participants.
The training is scheduled to hold at the CES Auditorium, University of Calabar, by 9am.
