Maggi Launches Three New Seasoning In Calabar, Splash Gift Items

Nestle Nigeria PLC has launched three new Maggi seasonings in Calabar, the Cross River State Capital.

The Maggi seasonings launched recently in Calabar is intended to meet daily tasty needs of Nigerians as well as promote and create awareness about healthy lifestyles, cooking and dieting says a Business Influencer, Varalyn Chineye.

She also enlightened participants on how to start and grow their businesses with little or nothing.

She said, “In your business, stop doing it the normal way, add value to your business and present it fine.”

Again, she emphasized on the need to have a good customer relationship as she warned “treat your customers well, be conscious and consider the way you treat your customers”, adding that without them, “you won’t be there.”

The new flavours are designed specially for Nigerian cuisine in three varieties, which includes Jollof, Miya and Pottages and it serves as finishers, which the company says encourages mixing, intensifying and enhances the Nigeria cooking experience.

While fielding questions from this reporter, Mrs. Eme Ekpo, a Maggi Chef and Nutritionist asserted that Maggie Tour is more of showing appreciation to customers. “It’s a method of we showing appreciation to our customers for patronizing Maggi and the Nestle Company.

“We have different programs and this one is called Maggi cook the difference.

“We go from location to location, last week we were at Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Capital. Our events is open to the general public.” She said.

However, three women emerged winners of the dance competition, they are: Mrs. Vivian Saviour Udosen,  Mrs. Deborah Kingsley and Mrs. Rebecca Etim Uno and were presented with a set of kitchen utensils, while others got consolation items.

Maggi Signature is a unique blend of natural ingredients such as bay leaves, onions, tomatoes, chilli pepper and thyme commonly used in household kitchens across Nigeria.

Highlights of the Tour was cooking demonstration, dance and cooking competition and a free Medical checkup.
