Ayade’s Administration Has Never Borrowed To Pay Salaries – Finance Commissioner To Critics (AUDIO)

The Cross River State Commissioner for Finance, Mr. Asuquo Ekpeyong has refuted claims by critics of Governor Ayade’s administration, stating that the State Government under the current administration has not borrowed to service recurrent expenditure such as Salaries.

The Finance Commissioner made the statement while speaking as a guest on a Sunday radio program, ‘The Dialogue With Agba Jalingo,’ which airs 6:00pm on Hit 95.9 FM.

He further stated that loans taken by the State are single digits interest rate loans for Commercial Agricultural Scheme.

He concluded by calling on all and sundry to remain steadfast because Ayade will deliver on his promise.
