The Social Democratic Party (SDP) Cross River State Chapter Chairmen has congratulated the State Governor, Sen. Ben Ayade for securing his second term in office.
According to the SDP Chapter Chairmen across the 18 Local Government Area of the State in a release signed by the Chairman and Secretary, Umo Antigha and Osama John respectively and made available to our newsroom, “Congratulations to the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Ben Ayade on your resounding victory on the March 9th General Election.
“Your Excellency, haven delivered on our mandate to return you for a second term, it is important to note that it is strictly a Cross River business not a party affairs.”
Charging Ayade to deliver on his promises the group said, “We wish to remind you that part of the reason we chose you is because we believe in your signature projects driven by industrialization.”
Pledging that, “We assure you that we are strongly behind you because the solution to decoupling the State from Federal Government is by aggressive industrialization.”
Below are the names and LGA of the SDP Chapter Chairmen; Antigha Edu (Akpabuyo), Itari Itari (Akamkpa), Umo Asuquo (Bakassi), Ibe Okpa (Biase), Umo Antigha (Calabar South), Daniel Effiom (Calabar Municipality), Effiom Asuquo (Odukpani), and Odama John (Bekwarra).
Others are; Akpanke Fidelis (Obudu), Kanung Robert (Obanliku), Ugboji Michael (Ogoja), Ogidi Fidelis (Yala), Elias Edoki (Abi), Gabriel Bisong (Boki), Enegha Lawrence (Ikom), Atu John (Etung), Sunday Ovat (Obubra) and Bassey Obono (Yakurr).
