Ayade Constitutes Five-man Interim Anti-deforestation Task Force

The Cross River State Governor, Senator Ben Ayade has constituted a Five-man interim Anti-deforestation Task Force.

The Committee’s appointment is with immediate effect says the Governor’s CPS, Christian Ita in a statement.

The Committee members are Florence-Omon Bassey – Chairman, Erasmus Ekpang – member, Achilles Ugbari – member, Mfon Bassey – member and Kelvin Adah – member.

The Governor also approved incentive of five hundred thousand (500, 000) Naira for every truck load of wood arrested.
