One of the All Progressive Congress (APC) aspirant in 2019 governorship primaries in Cross River State, Mr. John Upan Odey Jnr. has termed Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) as a commission with no character and ambition piloted by politician who budget funds for idea that never comes to live.
John Odey inferred this on his Twitter handle.
See twit below.
The NDDC has had no character, no ambition and swooned by prebendal politics has shown us that just allocating funds to an idea does not make it come alive. We need to rebuild the NDDC into a PPP with identified mission, projects and deliverables.
