Mr. Joel said as a partner “you are the first to know when a new estate is launched. Prices are usually cheap then, you can acquire yours before the prices begin to go up”.
He also hinted on other benefits partners stand to gain, like the 15% referral bonus for every client you refer to buy from PWAN. As a partner, the Coordinator said, “you can pay for your own piece of land over 12months with no extra charges, trips abroad (all expense paid), scholarships to Lagos Business School, car and household items like deep freezers, Television sets, generators, laptop, etc”.
He emphasized that, “This is the main reason why I and my team are all out doing everything possible to ensure PWAN gets enough partnership base in calabar to establish estates right here”.
On how low income earners and Civil Servants can take advantage of the offer, he said, “Our 12months payment plan makes it possible for low income earners to own their landed property without unbearable pressure. They pay with ease over a period of time as fixed by the company. In some areas we have a 30 months plan and people pay as low N15, 000 per month to become landlords.
“Low income earners in Cross River State should endeavour to embrace this with everything they’ve got because it is a good source of extra income which can go a long way to alleviate some financial burdens, put food on the table and smiles on faces of their family members”.
