The case between the Cross River State Commissioner of Police against CrossRiverWatch Managing and News Editor, Archibong Jeremiah and Jonathan Ugbal has been adjourned to the 9 day of March 2020.
The case last came up on Monday at the State Magistrate Court before the Chief Magistrate, Rita Marshall.
Two witness of the Prosecution Counsel has given testimony in Court.
The two journalists were granted bail by the Court. They were arraigned after spending 48 hours in custody.

The Counsel to the defendants, Kehole Enya while briefing newsmen said: “there’s no case here, we are going to file a no case submission.
