The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State has accused the State Governor, Sen. Ben Ayade of deceit.
The party in a press release say they suspect a fraudulent move by the decision to convert the Cross River State Properties Limited (CROSPIL) estate, State Housing to Construction and Fabrication Academy.
In 2017, the Ben Ayade administration, after two years in office, worried by the dearth of manpower in the construction and fabrication industry partnered Royal Academy for Construction and Fabrication, a United Kingdom-based school and concluded plans to set up that of the State Government.
