In the recent COVID-19 update by NCDC one more case have been found in Cross River State making the number of total cases 10.
The update was made via its Twitter handle.
The update places the first capital of Nigeria second least with with Kogi as least with the novel coronavirus in the country.

During its daily briefing yesterday, the NCDC DG maintained that the increasing curve suggests there’s possibility of airborne transmission of the virus.
“Understanding the modes of transmission of a new virus is critical to defining response strategies.

It had disclosed that Cross River and Federal Government have aligned in the fight against coronavirus while effort of Nigerians in several fields making contribution to the fight against COVID-19 was acknowledged. See twit below.

The Situation Report shows that Cross River now has six active cases after one death was recorded and three discharged.
