Youths of the Bayside community in Calabar South Local Government Area have locked up the Marina Resort over claims of corruption.
The youths also invoked the marine god believed to protect the Calabar channel, Anansa and accused State actors of corruption.
The youths fingered the Commissioner for Tourism, Eric Anderson and one Mr. Utsu John of mismanagement and diversion of public funds.
