Cross River Microfinance Bank Vs Agba Jalingo: Court To Resume Trial 15 February

A new date has been taken in the case between Cross River Microfinance Bank vs Agba Jalingo and CrossRiverWatch.

The case with number HC/296/2019 is adjourned to Monday February 11, 2021 for commencement of hearing.

Jalingo was remanded in prison custody for 145 by Justice Simon Amobeda. Prior to arraignment, he was detained in a Police black facility for 34 days.

He was granted bail Thursday, February 13, 2020 which eventually manifested on Monday, February 17, 2020.

Jalingo is been tried for an investigation, “Ayade Approved And Diverted N500million For Cross River Microfinance Bank”.
