Mr. Victor Omaga has just been inaugurated as the Executive Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Cross River.
The inauguration was done by the Honourable Commissioner for Quality Education, Dr. Godwin Amanke at the Ministry of Education, Calabar.
