Reports from our reporters across the State suggests that some polling unit started accreditation and voting late but a good number started on time.
Voting is still ongoing in some units while some are wrapping up.
In ward 9, unit 12 at Technical College layout Ikot Effanga Mkpa Calabar Municipal suspected APC thugs were seen causing chaos.
