Cross River-born singer, Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, also known as Iyanya, has reacted to the rumors of a romantic relationship with former Big Brother Naija ‘Lockdown’ Housemate, Vee Iye.

Naija News reports that the reality TV star sparked dating rumors with Iyanya after sharing a controversial photo on her Twitter page.

In the photo, Vee was resting on the shoulder of a mystery man and also accompanied the post with a love declaration.

Keeping the identity of the supposed boyfriend under wraps, Vee seemingly showed his arm, which was covered with tattoos.

She wrote: “Life of a hopeful romantic.”

However, some internet users alleged that reality TV was dating Iyanya as the mystery man’s tattoos matched that of the singer.

Reacting to the speculations, Iyanya said there is no evidence of the rumors adding that netizens would keep explaining.

Why Reality TV Show Winners Don’t Thrive In The Music Industry

Meanwhile, Iyanya has shared his thoughts on the reason most reality TV show winners don’t thrive after winning a music competition.

According to Iyanya, most reality TV show stars don’t have the intention of being famous.

The singer who was the winner of Project Fame West Africa Season 1 disclosed this in a recent interview with Hip TV.

The ‘Kukere’ crooner opined that most winners simply decided to give the show a try and ended up winning.

However, he noted that those who do well are individuals who have constantly prayed for the platform and finally got a chance.
