Govt. Otu Organizes Mop-Up Exercise For Staff That Missed Audit/Verification

The Executive Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Bassey Edet Otu has organized a mop-up exercise for staff that missed the just-concluded State Civil Service and Unified Local Government Service Audit/Verification. 

This was contained in a press release signed by Mr. Emmanuel Ogbeche, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor dated 18th August, 2023 with reference no.  GO/PRESS/012/VOL.II/235.

It reads “Further to the directives of His Excellency, the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, all staff that missed the just-concluded State Civil Service and Unified Local Government Service Audit/Verification should please avail themselves of the mop-up exercise scheduled as follows:

“The exercise is scheduled for August 21st to 22nd, 2023 at Management Development Institute, MDI, Mary Slessor Road, Calabar at 9am. 

“Also, all staff of the State Judiciary are to report at the Judiciary Headquarters. Calabar, on Thursday, August 23, 2023, for their audit and verification

“Similarly, staff of the State House of Assembly are to use the House of Assembly premises on the same day and time.

“All affected staff are reminded to come with the following documents: Complete Enrollment Form, Letter of First Appointment, Letter of Confirmation, Last 2 Letters of Promotion, Staff Identity Card, Birth Certificate or Affidavit of Age Declaration, One passport photograph, Photocopies of Educational Qualification(s), BVN, Current Pay Slip.”
