His Royal Highness, Chief Felix Abanbeshie Okudare, has emerged as the new paramount Ruler of Obudu Local Government Area of Cross River State.
He takes over from the departed Paramount Ruler, His Royal Majesty Uti (Dr) J.D. Agba OON, Uti Itedem III of Utugwang, Uti Ukani I of Obudu, and the paramount ruler of Obudu, who was laid to rest a few days ago.
HRH Chief Felix Abanbeshie Okudare, until now, was the Clan head of the Bette Clan, a natural king.
He served as the Chairman, Governing Council of the Cross River University of Technology, now the University of Cross River State (UNICROS).
