Ogoja High Court has been razed down by fire in what is suspected to be a planned arson.
Source of the inferno with no trace began late hours of Sunday, January 5th, 2025 in Ogoja Local Government Area of Cross River State.
An investigation by CrossRiverWatch reveals that at the time of the fire, there was no electricity supply in the court nor bush burning, revealing it was a calculated move to bring the justice hub to dust.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police in the State, CP Gyogon Grimah while expressing sadness on the incident, said investigations are under way and the perpetuators will be brought to book.
