NDDC Donates Waste Bins To Improve Cleanliness In UNICAL

The University of Calabar (UNICAL) has received eight waste bins from the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) as part of its ongoing efforts to promote environmental cleanliness and sustainability on campus.

The Dean of Students Affairs, Prof. Patrick Egaga who received the waste bins on behalf of the institution said they will be strategically placed at various locations on campus to enhance waste management and maintain a clean and green environment.

The NDDC was represented by Orok Duke and the Commissioner of Environment Moses Osogi.

The NDDC’s contribution is expected to play a crucial role in maintaining the campus’s environmental cleanliness.

Students and faculty are encouraged to utilize the new bins actively and participate in keeping the university environment clean.
