The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Area, Hon. Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, has urged qualified indigenes of the LGA to apply for the ongoing Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) recruitment exercise.
In a statement issued on Tuesday by his Press Secretary, Ikwen Atuaka, the chairman encouraged holders of B.Sc., HND, ND, OND, NCE, SSCE and other relevant qualifications that meet the recruitment requirements to take advantage of the opportunity.
Undiandeye described the recruitment as a pathway to meaningful employment, national service, personal development and career advancement, expressing confidence in the ability of Obudu youths to excel in the Corps.
He urged prospective applicants to comply with all official recruitment guidelines and conduct themselves with integrity throughout the recruitment process.
The chairman cautioned applicants against fraudsters, stressing that the recruitment exercise is free of charge.
He advised interested candidates to submit their applications only through the official FRSC recruitment channel and not through individuals claiming to facilitate recruitment.
Undiandeye reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to the welfare and empowerment of Obudu youths, noting that creating opportunities for gainful employment remains one of the priorities of his administration.
