The Ntoe-in-Council of Nkonib (Ikot Ansa) in Qua Clan has congratulated Governor Bassey Otu on his third year in office, commending his administration for purposeful leadership and inclusive governance across Cross River State.
Mr. Otu was sworn into office as Governor on May 29, 2023 and celebrated his third anniversary in office at an event held in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
And, in a press release signed by the Clan Head, HRH Ntoe Paul Assim Ita, and General Secretary, Ntufam Francis O. Effiom, Ph.D, the traditional council said the governor’s efforts in revamping the economy, upgrading infrastructure, and restoring public confidence have “inspired hope among the people.”
The council also congratulated him for emerging as the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC for a second time.

Over the past three years, Your Excellency has demonstrated purposeful leadership, commitment, and dedication toward the growth and transformation of our dear state.
Your administration’s efforts in revamping critical sectors of the economy, improving infrastructure, promoting peace and security, and restoring public confidence in governance have continued to inspire hope among the people.
We particularly commend your passion for development and your inclusive style of leadership which has continued to unite the people of Cross River State across political, ethnic, and social lines.
