Denis Odama, the Cross River born businessman who was arrested by the Nigerian Police in Lagos for “bullying Governor Bassey Otu online” is set to be arraigned before a Magistrate Court at Moore road after arrival in Calabar.
Mr. Odama has spent over three days in detention with two Policemen sent from Calabar accompanying him on a flight from Lagos to Calabar on Thursday afternoon.

The flight, VK600 from Lagos to Calabar, Operated by Value Jet on behalf of Cally Air, the virtual airline of the Cross River State government was initially delayed.
Upon arrival, an unmarked black Ford Ranger, tinted, with no license plate, usually operated by the Sting Unit – a special forces assembled by the State with operations directed at the behest of Government House Calabar, was used to whisk him away in handcuffs.
