The Cross River State Governorship candidate under the People’s Democratic Party, PDP Senator Ben Ayade wishes all Cross Riverians a happy Easter celebration as he urged that love should be the focal point this season.
In a recorded Easter message made available to CrossRiverWatch, the PDP Senator challenged Cross Riverians to reflect deeply on the core significance of the sacrifice that Christ made by laying down his life.
“Happy Easter my dear brothers and sisters, my name is Senator Professor Ben Ayade, the Cross River State governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, the PDP.
“As we celebrate the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, may we reflect deeply on the core significance of this sacrifice. By laying down his life, he paid the most ultimate price in order that we are guaranteed redemption and eternal life.
“John 15:13 says there is no greater love than this, therefore let us show love to one another and remain united and abide by the spirit of His resurrection. Once again I wish you a happy Easter and God’s special and abundant blessing. Thank you!”
