The Cross River State College of Education, Akamkpa has rusticated 58 students for examination malpractices and related cases.
Arising from the academic board meeting, the college management after considering the report of its examination malpractice committee, approved the rustication of the 58 students for one academic session.
In a release signed by the Registrar of the College, Barrister Ino Ogban and made available to CrossRiverWatch, “the rusticated students were caught with copied materials.”
The affected students cut across the Faculty of Science, Languages and Vocational/Technical Studies.
They also include some students who have already passed out, some who are currently in year two and final year students who are currently on teaching practice.
