The General Overseer of Bible Crusade Christian Mission (BCCM), Calabar South Local Government Area of Cross River State, Pastor Joseph Okoro has warned his congregation to stay clear of the August 1’st proposed nationwide protest.

“In this church, we are not joining any protest. No youth in this church will join,” he declared.

He said the government of Senator Bassey Otu, is beneficial to them with his member – Emmanuel Ironbar as the Chief of Staff.

“The reason is because this is our government. I am saying it to you, don’t waste your energy; in this church we are not joining any protest. We can not have our son there and come and join the protest. Let them do their protest but for us in this church we will not join,” he emphasized.

You can’t support the protest because the chief of staff is in your Church, but you do not have the right to decide for everyone in your Church.
