The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has invited all customers of the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) residents in Calabar and its environs to a problem-solving session.
The invite is contained in a public service announcement signed by Mr. Ibor Otu, State Director of National Orientation Agency.
The session is scheduled to hold on Wednesday August 7th to Friday 9th, 2024 at Metropolitan Hotel, Calabar by 9:00 AM daily.
The issue of metering and power supply, over billing without supplies and every other problem faced by PHED’s customers in Calabar and its environment will be discussed.
“PHED customers are advised to avail themselves of this rare opportunity of interacting with the officials of the company on issues relating to metering and power supply in their areas, including over billing, billing without supply and every other problem faced by PHED’s customers in Calabar and its environment,” part of the statement read.
