By Godwin Otang Youths have been charged to demand accountability, civic participation among others from their leaders at all levels of governance especially in public offices. The charge was part of efforts to cultivate civic responsibility and empowerment among youths of Cross River State and Nigeria, by a non-profit organization – A Well-Informed Adolescent Initiative.
