Bassey Otu has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening security collaboration with the Nigerian Navy, as “security remains the foundation upon which every meaningful development must stand.” He made the assertion while receiving Commodore Shuaib Ahmed , Commandant of Nigerians Navy Ship Victory, on
