By Owai Obo Rovers Football Club of Calabar have won the 2016 edition of the Cross River State Federation Cup. They defeated Diamond Stars FC 2 – 0 at the final match held at the U.J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar yesterday. The winner and 1st runner up will represent the state at the Nigeria Federation Cup.
