By Patrick Obia A fuel tanker and a truck have collided at Harbor junction, Calabar, Cross River State leaving the truck driver trapped in his stirring seat. The accident which occurred few minutes ago according to eyewitness said the truck was coming from 8 Miles axis when the tanker zoomed out from Harbor on speed.
