By Ushang Ewa Amidst fears that there may be a surge in the number of out of school children due to harsh economic realities occasioned by the SARS-CoV-2, 50 students from 10 different secondary schools in Cross River State are set to benefit from a scholarship scheme. The students, according to the Teacher Essien Ita
