By Marvellous Nkanu The Management of the University of Calabar, (UNICAL), has suspended final-year students of the faculty of Engineering, for flouting the school’s reckless driving, wild celebration, and flying of colors rules. In a memo signed by the school’s Registrar, Gabriel Egbe said the Vice Chancellor, Professor Florence Obia is dismayed by the report
